Changing your mind

If you bought as a consumer, you can usually cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Tell us within that time, and return the goods unused within a further 14 days. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving them.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
